FAQs

  • We offer a refund or return within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes marking items with paint, marker, pen, or any craft item.

    To complete your return we require a proof of purchase.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notice you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.

    All Custom orders are final. No refunds on gift cards or sale items

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item with the exception of products damaged during shipping.

    Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If an item breaks during the shipping process, a picture must be emailed to H & C Custom Designs of the broken product within 24 hours of shipment’s arrival. Email to: hello@hc-customdesigns.com

  • We use laser engraving to customize our products. If you would like to customize an item we have listed on our website, choose the custom listing and send your image to hello@hc-customdesigns.com
